Regulation – 1978 – Forestry Development Authority Regulation No2 on Registration of Timber Export Sales Contracts – Liberia

The FDA regulates the modalities regarding the registration of timber export sales contracts. This regulation includes all characteristics a sales contract shall present as well as the procedure to be followed in order for such a contract to be valid. The regulation includes the issuance of permits as well.
