T. Negbalee Warner

In-Country Associate

Councillor T.Negbalee Warner joined ClientEarth’s as In-Country Associate for Liberia through his law firm Heritage Partners and Associates in January 2016. He now leads the team of Associates supporting ClientEarth’s work in Liberia.

Negablee is a Member of the Liberian National bar and the New York bar association and he is a Founding Member/Incorporator of the Association of Environmental Lawyers (Green Advocates). Besides consulting extensively for the World Bank group and a number of UN agencies, Cllr Warner was the Head of the Liberia Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (LEITI) 2008-2010. He also teaches at the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law. He holds a B.Sc. (Honors) from the University of Liberia, an  LLB (Honors) from Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia and an LLM from Cornell Law School, New York.
