Łukasz Walter joined ClientEarth’s Warsaw office in October 2018.

Before joining ClientEarth, Łukasz worked at the Polish Ministry of Justice in the Department of International Cooperation and Human Rights, where he specialised in the proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights. From 2012 to 2015 he was employed as a legal assistant and legislation specialist in the Office of the Member of the Parliament.

Łukasz Walter holds a PhD degree in law (Doctor of Laws) from the Jagiellonian University of Kracow. He also holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Orleans in France.
