Alice Bordini Staden has over 20 years’ experience in investing in traditional and alternative investment funds, asset allocation and dynamic portfolio management. She is the Founder and Managing Director of GLC Advisors Ltd, which offers integrated and customised investment consulting services in all areas concerning investment management. She was also a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Carlton Capital Partners Ltd, the asset management arm of Carlton Partners Ltd.
Alice led investments and research teams throughout all economic and market cycle cycles. She assessed thousands of funds across all strategies in the hedge fund, ESG, sustainable, impact, UCITS, long-only, private equity (both funds and individual deals) and private debt sectors. She invested in about 500 throughout her career.
Alice has a passion for sustainability issues on both the policy and investment side. She works with investment funds and companies to find solutions to global and local sustainability concerns, particularly related to climate change. She actively supports a number of environmental, scientific, social and cultural initiatives, among which the Marina Megafauna Foundation, the Intergenerational Foundation, and the Green Centre at Bocconi University.
Alice has a First Class MSc Degree in Financial Institution and Market Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
