Having worked in conflict regions for a number of years I have seen the results of poor environmental practices on people and how it can be a driver of conflicts. It is a privilege to work for an organisation which not only tackles these issues but also pre-empts them.

Alice Salisbury joined our London office in January 2019.

Alice has over six years of experience working in finances for many NGOs including the International Committee of the Red Cross and Conciliation Resources. Her experience has included managing projects budgets and developing organisational wide financial tools and policies.

Alice has worked closely with local charities in South Asia and Tanzania to implement and develop financial and operational systems and practices to ensure sound financial management and compliance which helps them to broaden their fundraising opportunities.
