Danielle Lawson

Company and Financial Adviser

Danielle Lawson joined ClientEarth in January 2018 as an adviser to our Company & Financial project. Danielle previously worked at law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specialising in financial regulatory law. During her time at Freshfields she was seconded to the legal teams of the London Stock Exchange Group and HSBC Bank plc, as well as working as a Housing Advisor at Tower Hamlets Law Centre where she represented clients in county court proceedings.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Danielle worked in public relations and holds degrees in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Stirling and a Masters degree from the University of Oxford.
