Malgorzata Kwiedacz-Palosz

Environmental Democracy Lawyer

Malgorzata Kwiedacz-Palosz joined our Warsaw office in January 2019.

Her work focuses on ensuring the implementation and enforcement of the procedural rights provided by the Aarhus Convention, mainly access to justice in environmental matters. Before joining ClientEarth, Malgorzata worked at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the department for proceedings before the International Human Rights Protection Bodies. From 2013 to 2017 she worked at the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights. She also gained her professional experience by working at the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Justice.

She holds a law degree (M.A.) from the University of Łódź and a Master from University François Rabelais of Tours (France). She graduated from the Polish National School of Public Administration.
