“A two degree goal requires a low carbon transition by all sectors of the economy. The Company and Financial Project recognises this and uses legal interventions derived from corporate law and financial law to speed up the transition. My work on corporate reporting seeks to improve the flow of actionable information from companies to investors – and make finance flows more consistent with a low carbon economy.”
