Sam joined our London office in summer 2016 from the international law firm Clifford Chance, where he specialised in EU competition and State aid law. He holds a BA in law from Oxford University as well as an LLM in public international law and human rights from University College London. He has also completed a postgraduate diploma in EU competition law at Kings College London, and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
