Clement is a founding partner of TaylorCrabbe and joined ClientEarth in 2013 as an In-Country Associate in Ghana.

Clement has worked in commercial law, international finance, constitutional law, human rights, natural resources law with specialty in forest and wildlife legislation. He was one of the five counsel-researchers engaged on the review of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana focusing on decentralisation, local government and national security. He also teaches commercial law at the law school of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.

He holds a degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ghana, and a Master of Laws in Global Constitutionalism and International Finance from the University of Michigan Law School.
