As part of the Life Access to Justice for a Greener Europe project, we have developed an interactive platform on Access to Justice for public interest lawyers and civil servants in Estonia, Hungary and Poland.
The tool is dedicated to public interest lawyers and representatives from administrative bodies and public administration.
It provides with leads, resources and recommendations to determine the steps to take to gain access to information related to environmental decision-making.
This tool is designed to help legal professionals access relevant information quickly, and ensure decisions affecting the environment are made with as full an understanding as possible of the legal context and resources available.
We hope that this will enhance effective scrutiny and improve participation in decision-making.
Our interactive platform also includes an “ask a lawyer” function to answer any further questions.
