Frances is a postgraduate student of Public Policy at the University of Glasgow. She is the Vice President of Global Goals Glasgow and former Vice President of the UN Association of Queen’s University, Belfast. She is passionate about translating the Sustainable Development Goals to the local level.

Recognising the need to collaborate across disciplines, Frances has gathered wide-ranging experience in the non-profit sector. She has been one of the NI leaders within Our Bright Future, a network of environmental youth projects across the UK. For the past 5 years she has also been a UK Youth Ambassador for the anti-poverty organisation, the ONE Campaign. These interests have led her to become a One Young World Ambassador, representing NI at the 2019 and 2022 summit.

She is a George Moore Scholar, and is currently researching food system sustainability. After graduation Frances hopes to work for the NI Civil Service.
