Emily Kendall is a strategy consultant at businessfourzero based in London.

She partners with clients to define future business strategies that integrate the ESG agenda into core commercial strategy. Her clients include Reckitt, Intercontinental Hotel Group and LVMH. She recently partnered with Tesco to lead European retail’s net zero scope 3 commitment. In her five years in consulting, she has helped shape businessfourzero’s purpose-led strategic approach.

Emily grew up on a small, organic farm in East Anglia that experiments with regenerative agriculture practices including agroforestry, rewilding and heritage arable farming. She went on to study at Edinburgh University and holds a first-class degree in Geography. Her dissertation explored how to change consumer behaviour towards sustainable sources of protein.
