Jessica joined the London office in January 2021 as a Legal and Policy Research Assistant in ClientEarth’s clean air programme. Her work focuses on UK clean air issues and promoting compliance with air quality standards post-Brexit.


Before joining ClientEarth, Jessica worked with the Environmental Law Foundation and WWF Greece. She has experience working in courts in London and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.


Jessica holds a first-class degree in Law with French and French Law from the University of Nottingham, and graduated with distinction in the Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019.

ClientEarth’s litigation to clean up Europe’s air over the past decade is one of the best examples of how the law can tackle urgent and multi-scalar environmental issues. I am delighted to be working with the Clean Air team to further their important legal and advocacy work in this area.
