 Vito Buonsante joined ClientEarth's Brussels team in February 2010 to lead our work on toxics and in particular on the implementation of REACH (the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals). Vito has much experience in environmental law and toxics legislation. He has previously worked with the Environmental Law Programme of the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC) where he followed REACH since its decision making process. Since 2007 he has worked as a environment health and safety (EHS) adviser for industry, where his work focused on compliance with EU chemicals regulations (including REACH).
