Sarah joined ClientEarth in March 2013 to work on the marine protection and fisheries programme, focusing on whale and dolphin conservation, the EU Habitats Directive and the reform of the Common Fisheries Policy.
Prior to joining ClientEarth, Sarah worked as a solicitor for law firm Eversheds and before that worked with the property, environment and planning team of Sydney law firm Henry Davis York. She also has experience working in native title law in Australia, interning with the Cape York Land Council in Northern Queensland and working with barristers specialising in native title law at Wentworth Chambers in Sydney.
Sarah is admitted as a solicitor in Supreme Court of New South Wales and to the High Court of Australia. Sarah completed a Juris Doctor (Environmental Law) from the University of Technology, Sydney, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Geography and Social Policy) from the University of Sydney.
