 Marcin Stoczkiewicz works as a senior lawyer at ClientEarth's Warsaw office. Marcin has more than 14 years' experience in environmental law. He previously worked as a partner at the environmental law firm Jendroska, Jerzmanski Bar & Partners, focusing on Polish and European corporate, competition and environmental law. While there he undertook a range of projects covering numerous issues including access to information, environmental assessment, State aid in environmental protection, energy law and waste management. After gaining a Master of Laws in 1997, Marcin worked as a staff lawyer for the Polish Green Network while completing a PhD (Doctor of Laws) at Jagiellonion University, Krakow.
