Brian Eno is one of the leading contemporary musicians in Britain. Known worldwide for his original music and for producing the albums by artists as diverse as U2, David Bowie, Talking Heads and Paul Simon. Brian's recent projects include producing Coldplay's world number one album Viva La Vida, a new collaboration with David Byrne and working with U2 on their next album. He has used contemporary media including the Internet to campaign for human rights and the environment. Brian is currently the UK Liberal Democrat Party's advisor on youth issues.

 

Zac Goldsmith has been publisher of the Ecologist Magazine since 1998. He received the Beacon Fellowship Prize in honour of his active philanthropic work on behalf of a host of environmental charities, and is active in his family's foundations. He is also co-chair of the environment and quality of life policy project for the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom.
