12 December 2011 “EFSA’s release of information about guidance on interpreting of EU pesticides law is welcome, if long overdue. However, as we have yet to receive the documents we cannot make a full assessment of the findings. We suspect that EFSA’s guidance will have led to independent science being disregarded on a huge scale. Laws are in place to protect the health of EU citizens from dangerous chemicals.
