ClientEarth asked the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) for the names of companies producing some of the most dangerous chemicals in the EU market. We were denied this information and subsequently had legitimate grounds to sue the ECHA over its refusal to disclose environmental information. This application to the General Court of the European Union seeks to annul the decision by the European Chemicals Agency to not disclose requested information.
