We have developed a health and environment programme which operates
alongside our work ensuring people and environment are prioritised
during governmental decision making. We make sure good environmental
laws are created and enforced that ensure people are
able to live in a healthy environment. Through our CleanAir campaign, we seek real improvements in the levels of air pollution in London. Meanwhile, the toxics element of the programme sees a team of lawyers and scientists monitor the implementation of REACH: the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals.
