complaints
Because the complaint mechanism of the EIB is still in its infancy, it
needs to be tested and improved. Using this mechanism will contribute
to increasing the transparency of the Bank and therefore improve its
accountability. Should the bank be in violation of EU legislation, we
will also consider taking complaints to the European Ombudsman and the
European Court of Justice. |
