April 2010 | Read Marta Ballesteros's keynotes Responding to the European Commission's 2008 communication on its enforcement policy, ClientEarth's senior lawyer Marta Ballesteros gave evidence to the parliament public hearing on “Monitoring the application of Community Law- the EU Pilot”. Catherine Day, Secretary General of the European Commission presented the report on EU Pilot. Marta was invited to provide evidence of how the EU enforcement policy is working and in particular the EU pilot. The notes from their presentations are made available here. |
