Joint submission for public consultation on indirect land-use change

ClientEarth submitted a joint response, along with Transport & Environment, European Environmental Bureau, and BirdLife International, to the European Commission public consultation on indirect land-use change. The impacts of European Union (EU) biofuel policies have far reaching implications for climate, biodiversity, food and human populations worldwide. This consultation response outlines the main findings of the Commission-funded studies and advances solutions to address flaws in current EU biofuel legislation.
